    Hello,

I am very interested in your product but i just have a few questions about the plugin.

I’m working on a business where I will have multiple employees that are in charge of making their own schedule as well as set their own specific prices for their services. I’d like to know if this is available for my staff? Other booking softwares I’ve used only allowed myself (The Admin), to set times and prices.

Secondly, I want to be sure that if this is available for my staff, they have the ability to schedule at the same time since they will be able to carry out their duties simultaneously. The job of my staff will be strictly online so multiple services can be carried out at the same time. This is another issue I had with other booking softwares.

Lastly, when paying my staff, does the revenue generated by the staff members go away after the money has been paid and/or transferred, or will the amount continue to accumulate on the backend even after payouts have been made?
For instance: my employee earned $100. So on the backend, their earnings show $100. When I pay them, will it show a reduction of their earnings after or will it continue to show the overall earnings?

    Thank you,
    Kolby Lewis

    Hi, Kolby,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. Yes, in Amelia Employees can set their own schedules on the back-end or on the front-end Employee panel.

    2. In Amelia, each Employee can perform only one Service at the same time. However, different Employees can perform their Services simultaneously. However, if your Employees perform their Services through Zoom, then it's a bit more complicated since it's possible to integrate only one business Zoom account to Amelia, and probably it won't be the best solution for simultaneous calls.

    3. I'm afraid, it's not possible to display the payouts on the back-end, so you will be able to see only the paid amounts/revenue, and not the Employees' shares.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

As far as the zoom integration, I'm not necessarily looking for one business zoom to be used by my employees, More so, letting them connect their personal zoom accounts to their amelia interface.

So my question would be, is that possible within Amelia.

Also, for the payments, It's fine if the payouts don't show, but will their earnings be reduced once they are paid? I don't see there being any other way than actually keeping a separate spreadsheet with their earnings listed, which Is more tedious than I would like.

    Regards,

    Kolby

    Hi Kolby

I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to connect multiple Zoom accounts to Amelia.

You can connect only one business account (since free accounts don't have the multi-users option) and add each Employee as a User to this account.

The revenue will not reduce for the amount you share with your employees, it is calculating total earnings of the business.
