Is it possible to store different notification templates for different services?
In this specific case, a link is to be sent in the customer's notification email for only one service. All other services should not sent the link in their notifications.
Are there any hooks to change the email templates or something like conditional logic?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid, this option isn't available at the moment. There's only one template for each Appointment or Event notification, and it can either be enabled for all Appointments/Events or disabled also for all Appointments/Events.
However, our developers are already working on a new custom notifications feature, and it will be added to the next update or the one after. I can't tell you precisely when it will be implemented but approximately in 6-8 weeks.
