We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

thank you for your response, so, wich is the real difference on all the plans? Im a web developer and one of my clients ask for this plugin, and I want to know wich one will allow me to customize as he wants, wich includes zoom integration, services, employees, add additional fields, the woocommerce integration, and basically all the configuration. My questions comes because I saw on first sight the highest plan, that cost around 300$, your plugin its quite amazing but not everyone has that amount of money, so in resume, if I buy the basic plan wich are my limitations compared to the rest? thank you and have a nice day!

    Hi, David,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Basically, the main difference is the number of domains Amelia can be installed on:

    Basic license - 1 domain

    Pro license - 3 domains

    Developer license - unlimited domains.

Also, there's one feature that is available only in Pro and Developer licenses - Packages of Services.

It is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.

    Best Regards.
