Please go to WordPress > Plugins > Add New, after you have deleted the previous version of Amelia.
Click on upload the plugin and upload the file my colleague had sent.
Then you can proceed with deactivating and activating Amelia, and clearing cache.
Can you please make sure you have cleared your browser cache on the device you are using? Also please let us know if you are having the same issue of any other device or just iPad so we can notify our developers.

i am still having so many problems with your software. I really need a phone call to straighten all of my complaints out. I will be looking for new software soon if it doesn’t get fixed. People will try to book a time then it doesnt confirm. But, holds the time slot with no confirmation! Also, the back end booking doesnt work with apple devices. I try to add appointments to current customers and calender freezes. So then I have to book through front end and copy paste. This is time consuming and frustrating. Our business is taking off and dont have time for these flaws! Please facetime or whatsapp 614-596-9339. I dont care what time of day it is…. Thanks
I'm very sorry to hear that you've had such experience; we will be glad to sort all the issues out. Unfortunately, we cannot provide phone communication at the moment.
The fastest way to the source of issues would be to take a look at the site; please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
What do you mean by override a booking slot? If the service duration can fit in the time after the last booked appointment for the day and the end of the work hours you will be able to book it. Please note that the buffer times also count so if your service is 45min long and you have a 15min buffer time you will need to have 1h free on your employee's schedule to be able to book this service.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
It wont finalize booking! Was working perfectly fine! Also, how can Inadd multiply services in different categories to one booking!

App is working clunky on the back end. The appointment calendar doesn’t want to pick a date on my ipad using safari. Worked a few times before.

How do i overide a booking slot? We close at 5:30 but I want to aqueeze a 45 min appoinmant in at the end of the day?
