We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I see how an admin can make an appointment in the backend. How do you add a package for a client and make appointments for that package in the admin/backend?
Hi Matt
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Ok, what about setting a service maximum total (or an employee total spots available). I know you can set a maximum per service, but I have multiple services and want to set a combined maximum. Is that possible?
For example, my location can have a maximum of 30 total service bookings per day.
Hi Matt,
thank you for contacting back
At the moment maximum can be set only for service per one slot, or for employee per one slot. You would need to divide the needed number per daily slots to achieve this.
30 total for one day
if you have 5 slots for one service
one slot needs to be able to accept only 6 people, and so on.
