I am quite confused with the employee panel. I cannot use the employee A to make an appointment for any of the services that have been assigned to employee A. I also tried assigning all services to employee A and, i still cannot book all the services that have been assigned.

    Please help

    Hi Donny

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately we can't check this without logging into your employees' panels. Can you please provide me with passwords for each employee? Please remember to reply privately to this ticket so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Liza,

Yes, it seems to be working as it should now. When I tried the other day, a class that was assigned to the employee was just not selectable.

I have just tested it again and it all seems to be working fine now.

    Thank you for your time

I logged in to my other employee account and there are no customers that are in the drop down menu. I did log out and refresh but the customer list still doesn't load.

However, after a few minutes, the customer list does load. See if you can try and replicate the problem logging into employee A panel, booking a session, then logging out and logging back in as employee B. The customer list takes some time to load

Is it possible for the employees to auto register customers from their employee panel?

    Donny,

Please try to enable the Load Entities on page load slider in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation, it might help to speed the loading of the Customers list up.

"Is it possible for the employees to auto register customers from their employee panel?" - I'm not sure how it's supposed to work, but the only way to add a Customer to an Appointment is to select this Customer from the list, therefore I guess the answer is "no".

Looking forward to hearing from you.
