Hi, what do you mean by 'registered' number? I want to set up in a way that when the clients replies to the SMS notification, I get the SMS on my mobile.
I sincerely apologize it was my mistake. I just heard back from our developers and actually it is not possible to receive replies to SMS notifications sent directly from Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
