I want to use the sms feature of amelia to ask for confirmation on the consult.
The client/patient has to reply YES or NO to the SMS, is that possible with Amelia?

The SMS reply should come to the registered number, but please let us know if you experience any issues since this is third party service provider we will need to reach out to them for troubleshooting.
Hi, what do you mean by 'registered' number? I want to set up in a way that when the clients replies to the SMS notification, I get the SMS on my mobile.

I sincerely apologize it was my mistake. I just heard back from our developers and actually it is not possible to receive replies to SMS notifications sent directly from Amelia.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
