We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Our step by step booking UI is customer friendly and simple; however, there are a lot of options that you can mix and match to organize it to suit your business in the best possible way; you can check out our documentation for all features Amelia offers, test out our demos; or you can download Amelia Lite to your site and see how it works in real time.

    Packages feature is available in Pro and Developer licences. We have native integrations with Google Calendar, Meet, Zoom, Outlook Calendar if that is what you are referring to.

    Hi, thanks for your information. I would like to know where Can I buy Amelia Pro and after the purchase where  I can download the plug-in, and if I need assistance or have issues who can I address to?.

    Please help me with this info. Because I am really interested in buying this product, but I feel fearful because  I don't usually buy online.  Thanks for your help in advance

    You can buy Amelia on our site: https://wpamelia.com/pricing/

    Just select the license that you'd like to purchase (I guess it's Pro annual), and click on "Buy now".

    After the purchase, we will send you an email with credentials for the TMS Store, where you can access your purchase code and plugin anytime.

    Do you have anyone in your team who is familiar with WP Administration? Amelia is very simple, but it would be better if you had someone who knows how to access the database, for example.
