I need to add additional information to my customers. Specifically the date of their dogs last shots (its a dog day care). Can I add fields to the customer profile (date picker)? This is very important for our business.
There is a date picker you can add as a Custom Field; this field shows up in the 3rd step of booking where customer needs to leave their information after picking the date and time.
I do not want the custom field to have to be filled out every time while booking. I want it as part of the profile (similar to being able to add notes or a date of birth). How can I add info/fields to the customer's profile?
Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
