We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi

I am in the process to design a website for a client and there is one thing i need to resolve before I purchase Amelia.

My client need the prices to be different in each country, is it possible to have it so that when clients visit from South Africa and from Abu Dhabi that the price is different from the South African one than the Abu Dhabi one?

    Regards

    Hi Johnathan

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

    Hi Johnathan

Yes, you can use one licence for an unlimited number of subdomains, but please note they will all act as separate websites so you would not be able to show all information on one backend.

    Hi Blaženka

Ok so if I understand correctly I won't be able to show different packages / services on a subdomain? I want it to be on separate domains so that i can have different pricing. So i want the main domain to be in Dollars and the subdomain i want in South African Rand, is that possible?

    Regards

    Hi Johnathan

Yes, this is possible, since they are basically two different websites and have their own separate databases, the only thing is that you cannot go to your Amelia calendar on the main domain and see all appointments made on the subdomains.
