We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I just asked for the refund. I have overcome a lot of problems configuring the plugin, I have lost six days to configure it and now the booking forms are not showing and remains loading. The worst thing is that the answer you have given me is a copy and paste of another ticket that I have already reviewed. I have reviewed all the tickets on that topic and no solution has worked for me (I've been there for six days and I already know all the tickets). I find your answer very bad after waiting 24 hours, sorry.
I think Amelia it's a good plugin but it doesn't work well for my website and the support, honestly and with all due respect, is very slow. Sometimes effective and sometimes not, but slow.
I can't waste any more time and another six days with more problems. I understand and respect your support policy but I can't work like this, it's too long waiting, I'm sorry.
Thanks
Hi Ricardo
We are really sorry to hear that. If there is anything else we can do to assist please don't hesitate to let us know.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
