We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the event type filter is not available in the event list.
Can I turn it on somehow?
Thank you!
Hi Andreas
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You need to have tags applied to your event to have this field shown. If your events don't have any tags assigned to them there will be nothing to filter by.
Hi Blaženka,
I already use tags for the events.
Each event has a different 1 tag. for example Pilates, HIIT, Power Circle etc.
Unfortunately it still does not work.
Can you help?
Hi Andreas,
thank you for the kind reply!
I see that your event list looks a bit odd (the date comes out of the borders); this could be a theme incompatibility issue.
Was there any custom work done with CSS on this page?
Hi,
I made the date text bigger via CSS. I have now reset it again.
Could you find out something why the location is not displayed and why the event-type filter is not displayed?
A few days before, the location is still showing.
Thanks and best wishes
Andreas
Hi Andreas,
thank you for letting me know; I will have to consult a senior colleague regarding this; I'd like him to take a look and give a bit more insight into why the filter is missing (since you said that CSS was reset, if that was the cause it would return to normal now).
Hello Andreas
I disabled "Load entities on page load" in Amelia Settings/Activation, and now the form looks fine:
We released an update today (v4.1) which should resolve this issue, so please update the plugin, and try turning that setting back on. Let me know if it works.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
