In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I just purchased Amelia and have activated it in Wordpress but the plugin is not working at all. The Amelia dashboard as well as all other tabs will not load or just appear blank. The only tab that will load is the settings tab. But the settings tab has most options greyed out with the option to upgrade...Maybe there was a problem with the zip file I was provided. Amelia was expensive. please help.
SG security plugin is the problem. not sure why but Amelia works fine when SG is deactivated
FIXED. Cleared local cache and logged back into WP.
