Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and you will see Manage Domains.
Please check there if your purchase code is active on your currently active domain; if it is please let me know.

I installed Amelia on a localhost and then I migrated to a live host.
The domain reflected here is still my localhost.
It is active on both.

Can you please scroll and see if you are able to delete the old domain from there, then you would be able to activate the licence on the new domain from Amelia settings - Activation.
