    We were wondering how customers can cancel their event booking and how is the refund handled? Or is cancellation solely handled by an admin from our side?

    It all depends on the abilities you give to your customers and employees regarding cancellation. Admin can do it anytime. If you enable your customers and employees to cancel they will be able too.

    All refunds would need to be managed from the payment method site only, I'm afraid as Amelia does not store customer payment information so we wouldn't have a way to return the funds to them.

    If they pay with, let's say, Stripe, you would need to log into your Stripe account and refund them from there.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can set up a Customer Front-End Panel and allow your customers to manage their appointments, however Amelia does not have a system for refunds so you will have to issue the refunds through a reseller you use for payments.
