    Can Amelia send notification email for every reservations to not only employees but manager?

    Hi Tomoyuki,

    Sure, you can add manager's email in Amelia > Settings > Notifications, in Send all notifications to additional addresses.

    In this way your manager will receive all emails sent to customers and employees, however, customers and employees will not know that; manager's email will not be mentioned anywheresmile.png
