We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Have an urgent issue.
Appointments are showing up in my Google calendar with none of the notes (custom questions in Amelia) synced. But what is more troubling is that when I go to Amelia in my website to gather the info that did not sync, there is no indication that these appointments or clients exist. Luckily, there email address is in the calendar so I have been able to reach out to them. But this does not work long term. Can you help me?
Hi Neil,
thank you for reaching out to us
That is very strange; have you fully completed the Google Calendar integration?
Now even beside that, I am concerned that appointments were not saved in Amelia; are all those bookings made in Amelia directly?
Hi Ivana,
Yes, the calendar integration was working fine. The appointment were made directly on my Wordpress website (www.homeinspectionsbyneil.com) using Amelia.
1. At first we had an issue with the description not syncing.
2. We got that corrected and it was working fine.
3. Suddenly, appointments were showing up in my Google calendar with the Description not syncing again. I figured we can fix that and I could just go into the backend and get the info that did not sync as I had done before.
4. I went to the backend and there was no sign that the four appointments ever existed... anywhere!?!
Hi Neil,
thank you for letting me know; that is very strange.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi Neil,
thank you for letting us know; if the Metadata still does not send to the calendar after that, please let us know so that we can assist further.
Kind regards!
