We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I have a question about not working days.
From September to May, my shop is closed only on Wednesday and Thurday.
Is it possible to make those days off only from september to may ?
Thank you.
Hi Yasmine
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You would have to set those days individually either as special days in your employees' work hours, or you can set the period available to book in advance to be until May and set those two days as days off in general employee's work schedule.
Hello, thank you for the answer.
I'm not sure I understood..
I re explain my problem :
From June to August, my service "Parkour" is programmed for everydays monday to sunday for High tourism season.
From September to May, the society close on Wednesday and Thursday only, so my service " Parkour " can't be book on those days.
Can you make for me an other explaination please?
Thank you!
Hi Yasmine
In that case you would need to set these days individually as special days/periods in employee's profiles.
It is not possible to set a different working hours period for a future time any other way, I'm afraid.
