We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hello, how can I enter more than one customer with an email address for an appointment? Ideally like with Google Calendar. Here, several recipients can be entered for an appointment and all are informed about the appointment, change or cancellation. Is this also possible with Amelia?

    Thank you!

    Hi Holger

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This can be achieved by increasing the service's maximum capacity and enabling Allow booking below minimum capacity from Amelia - Settings - Appointments

This way you will be able to book the same time slot with the same employee, even if someone has already booked it before.

I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistance.

That's unfortunately not the point, but thanks for pointing it out anyway. That's good to know.

The point is to put multiple email recipients in one appointment. So, that if the appointment is postponed, everyone is informed at the same time.

    Hi Holger

Unfortunately this would be possible only by adding additional customers to the same time slot, but for this you would need to manually create the customer profile and add them to the appointment from the backend. (the maximum capacity will have to be increased for this)
