Hi, I have a employee that is taking leave for 12 months and we want to hide her profile and booking system. when I click on the employee and click the hide profile with the eye. It still shows in the front end with profile and in the booking area part it just has the time capsule spinning around and around. I need to remove the profile and hide it. Very confused what to do. As we don not want to lose the profile just deactivate it for the moment.

You can add this period as Day off so they would not appear as available on the front end untill this period has passed
