Please let me know, have you used User Role Editor plugin at any point?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your website and credentials of that manager, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
When they told me they couldn't get into the website I started changing permissions to see if that would help. I don't remember exactly what I changed but it was Amelia and plugin permissions. Invite sent.
Can you please send us the link to the login page as well.
Can you please try disabling Roles Manger plugin and clearing the cache, then send a reset password link to your manager, have him clear the cache and then follow the reset link. If the plugin was updated recently that can cause caching issues so we need to rule out this as a possibility.
If I understand correctly you are trying to log in to the front end panel with those credentials?
There is a user role Amelia Manager in Amelia, but this user role doesn't have a front-end panel, only employees and customers have front-end panels with Amelia's current features. We were able to login properly to the backend with the provided credentials
No, I want the backend. I want them to be able to manage the appointments. Did you have to do anything when you logged on? I cleared my cache but it still won't load the webpage.
I couldn't log in to your site with the credentials that you had provided.
Could you please make sure they are still valid? Also, I need to access the back-end of your site as an Admin user and create a test Manager in order to look into the issue. That's why, please make sure that the user that you provide us with has WP Admin permissions.
If you need my email address, you can use this one: [email protected]
I was able to see all the Appointments as a Manager and also book new ones:
Could you please try to clear the browser cache and try to log in as a Manager again? If that doesn't help, please log in under the User that you provided us with. It could be that your Manager user got mixed permissions and now cannot get access to this data.
If that helps, that's what you can do to fix it:
1. Please check in your Customers/Employees list if there is a customer/employee with your Manager's email address. If so, delete this customer or employee and check if you can see and create Appointments afterward.
2. You can access your database, the wp_amelia_users table (it can have another prefix rather than wp_ depending on your database), and edit your current Manager user - delete any additional roles, leaving only the Manager one.
Amelia Manager can't get into Amelia. It looks like the website doesn't load for them like they don't have access to it.

thank you for reaching out to us!

Yes, I'm using Role Editor plugin. What email do I send the invite to?

Hi Kibwe
I could not find anything in my inbox from you yesterday; can you please send the credentials here, just make sure to check PRIVATE reply.

It worked, thank you.
