We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    2 Ways Sync with Google Calendar doesn't work as it should after 4 weeks.

    Adding events to Google Calendar don't block available slots in Amelia, if those events are 29days+ later. It works fine within 4 weeks of the current date.

    Example: I book a client september 3 directly in my google Calendar. That timeslot will still be available to book in Amelia, even if it should be blocked.

    If I was to book the client in my google Calendar august 14, then that timeslot is no longer available in Amelia.

    For right now, I 'fixed' the problem by not allowing bookings after 28 days in Amelia. However, I'd like to have a 6 weeks period of availability there, not 4.

    Can you please confirm you have these two options set like this and the issue is still there, even after clearing the cache?

    It looks like that setting at the bottom (events returned) was set to very low. Increasing it seems to have fixed the problem...
