I need to develop a new feature to export table in xml format. I have done this by directly customizing the plugin core files but this is not the correct way to implement such feature. So please guide me how can I override plugin core files to add a new feature or functionality to it.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
