For the past 2 weeks the Amelia booking system has been unable to find patients within its own built up patient list. When our receptionist inputs a name into the search function, Amelia always posts a 'patient name doesn't exist' message, even though we know the patient name is in the list.
This means that she has to spend a lot of time combing manually through this list to find that particular patient . It is wasting a lot of her time doing this and we would like to have this problem fixed as soon as possible.
That's exactly why filters are there, this option is supposed to work and make it easier for the employee.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have uploaded a fix for the conflict we had with the Guzzle library; I was able to find the appointment you have mentioned, and tested by searching both the consultant and the employee.
I was able to receive the suggestion result in both filters and in the general search bar.
We have just tested the ability for the search function to find customers who are already the system by creating an appointment for one of the customers on our list, however, it is still not working - we still get a 'no data' message when doing this.
I can confirm that there is a minor bug regarding the search option, and our developers are working on fixing it. I hope the fix will be included in our next update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Michael,

I would need an Admin please to be able to access the settings of Amelia.
Hi Ivana,
I've just updated the access I sent you to admin for Amelia.
