You can check with your hosting if they have any security policies that may "filter" out our notifications and not allow them to be sent.
If they have Amelia whitelisted on their policies, then please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I am unable to get a test email to send when using the included email settings.
Here's some info I can provide that I found in another ticket.
1. Hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings, and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Q: How do I find this out?
2. Your website has PHP version less than 7
A: on version 7.4
3. The credentials are not correct
A: Have confirmed correct
4. There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
Q: How do I find this out?
5. If you're using Gmail, please make sure "Allow less secure apps" is enabled.
A: Enabled.
Thank you!
