We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I need to sell about 10 services online on the web (lawyer services), pay online and book an appointment online so that after booking the customer receives a confirmation with a link to a video conference (Google meet, Zoot or Teams) and at the same time the meeting with the link is synchronized to my Google calendar at a video conference. Can Amelia do this? And can the meeting be approved first? Is Amelia compatible with payment gateways? What do "service packages" mean? Can I select, for example, other optional extra services for one service, which will automatically increase the price?
Thank you
Hi Vera,
thank you for taking interest in Amelia, and for reaching out to us

Absolutely! Customer selects a service, date and time, pays online, receives confirmation with a Zoom link or Google Cal link where they can activate Google Meet appointment, and the meeting is sent to your Google Calendar.
You can also set the default status to Pending so that you would need to approve their appointment first.
Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, by full price or discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients. Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.
