Hi, I modified the notification Emails and added images to it like the logo, but it seems that it now reset to default for some reason. If I hit refresh, the text editor shows, but as I move to another, I go to appoint pending, then everything else shows blanks. How do I edit them now? it won't even save
OK, I found out if I disable the safari Grammarly extension, the words are showing up as usual, but this is super weird cause previously, before the update, it was working with Grammarly extension, and now it's not, But the logo is still not showing up
Could you please tell us did you use the Add image button in the Edit modal above the Message field when adding the image? If you haven't used it please do and let us know if you still have the same issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
We couldn't see any issues with receiving the image from the notification. Please check if you have anything in your browser or email provider that blocks images from loading.
back end works fine, it’s when during front end this happens, when the client books the booking and also for some reason it triggers elementor to send out a submission email during checkout, I don’t have any elementor submission emails triggered on other sites running woo commerce
only this site with Amelia it’s sending out blanks and also the field are getting weird dates.
I will get a blank email with their name and what was stated and ” - - -“like so so three blanks, which is related to the 3 custom fields.
Unfortunately, I cannot complete the booking process on the front-end since it has no on-site payment option. However, I was able to enter the date of birth on the booking form:
Please note that you should test the front-end booking form being logged out from your Admin user or in incognito mode.
Also, please send us a screenshot of a notification that you are referring to.

Hi Suresh,
is there any chance that you can create a test service with on site payment so that we can test this fully?
