In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Dear customer service of Amelia,
I'm currently using AcuityScheduling tool with my business and considering changing to Amelia.
I've got a few important questions before I purchase:
1. Most important question: is it possible to create a private calendar option/ prices for specific existing customers? Because, I'd like to raise my prices for new customers, but not for old ones. On Acuity they allow you to create a separate calendar and share the link only with the customers you want. So the new customers will never see you have raised the prices. Do you offer such an option? Or alternative option?
2. Follow ups – I've seen you offer only one option as a follow up, maximum 24 hours after the appointment.
On Acuity we can decide how many follow ups we want to send and how many days after. This is very important, because if a customer forgets to buy a new package, I would send a couple of automatic e-mails. (for example, 4 days after the appointment and 1 week later too).
Is there any way around this? Or planning to implement this feature?
3. Intake form questions – maybe you have this option, but I didn't find it. I use this feature to request to accept my terms&conditions, ask for a few questions before the first appointment. Do you have this feature available?
Do you normally add features to Amelia? And if yes, how often in a year?
