    Hello,

Is it possible to have a service's appointment times start at fifteen minutes after the hour? For example, from 10:15 to 10:45. or 10:45 to 11:15 . Right now the appointments start at 10:00, 10:30 or 11:00 etc. How can I configure the appointment starting times?

    Thank you.

    Hi Gerardo,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

You can adjust this by going to Amelia > Settings > General Settings > Time Slot Step.

Set it to 15 minutes and you'll be able to get 10:15 10:45 etcsmile.png

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

Can I set this time slot step specifically for one service only? Or does this apply to all services?

Ideally, I need to set this for one service only. I don't want all services to have the 15 min step

    Hi Gerardo

Since this is set in general settings it will apply to all services. Unfortunately it is not possible to adjust the time slots for individual services.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
