    hello,

    I need help i have checked every where (custom page amelia, loco translate amelia but there is sill texts i cannot modified) screenshot (yellow)

    I have checked also everywhere but i do not find how to hide some part on the page.

    But i do not understand why i do not see option to choose payment by hand (cash) on the order process ?

    The yellow text (services) can be renamed using POEDIT or Loco Translate;  I suggest installing Loco Translate, since it's within WordPress and it has a simple UI.

    As for hiding some of the elements, some of them are essential to the search view functionalities, and I am worried that hiding them may result in some of the functionalities not working properly.

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.

    Was there any customization done on the booking step where the payment is made? Are all of the services offered and packages set to accept the on site payment in the settings? There is a separate setting for each service and a setting in each package.

    1. I do not see the set up for coupon in > finance admin panel ?

    2. Is it possible that customer "logged in" book a services without fill in the fields again ?
    At this time they have to fill in again that is strange.

     explain more : exemple:
    a customer bought a package of 10 yoga classes.
    when customer log in his customer panel he can choose and use other yoga classes.
    BUT if customer is logged in and go to catalog booking page and choose a yoga class (same as his package) he cannot use hit from his package. customer is obliged to go to customer panel. Not usefull.

    1. You would need to enable Coupons as payment first when you go to Amelia > Settings > Payments; when you enable them there, go back to Finance and Coupon tab will show up.

    2. Yes it's correct. When customer buys a package, they go to customer panel to book the rest of the package appointments, I'm afraid. When they are buying the package they leave their information and that information is used for all the bookings they make for that package.

    I have found and fixed a lot of things by myself.

    But i will need little bit help from you, i hope you will help me ?

    As you can see on screenshot i would like to hide by css code a button (continue on package fisrt display)

    And i got a little issue with a text (appointment #x) not translatable (i have loco translate but not modifiable and neither on customize amelia panel) ?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    Could you please send me your translation file and correct translations for words "Appointment" and "Appointments", I will try to modify them in POEDIT? You can attach a zipped file to this ticket.

    Also, regarding the "Continue" button: do you use any security plugin? Because I cannot inspect the page in order to find CSS selector.

    Yes i use a plugin to protect contents.
    But i could give you access codes ?

    I use the shortcodes:

    Sorry for the delay.

    1. I will have to send this issue to our developers since I couldn't find where it comes from.

    2. I'm afraid, this is Amelia's logic: if an Appointment is cancelled, it is being deleted completely. So, in order to "save" these Appointments, your Customers should reschedule them instead.

    PS Our Manager confirmed that we cannot upgrade your license since it was purchased through AppSumo, but however, we can provide you with a 30% off coupon, so if you purchase a new Developer lifetime license, it will still be beneficial for you.

    Also, regarding the VAT: as I mentioned before, you should contact our reseller Paddle, probably they will be able to refund you the tax amount or find another solution for your case: https://paddle.com/support/welcome/

    2. We will have to test this issue. For that, we will need a Package with a price set to 0. Can we do that? 

    3. Paddle is our reseller, so all the purchases are going through them. You can contact their support by using the ink I provided to ask if they will be able to refund you the VAT amount somehow. On our website, we have to "VAT exemption" option, therefore, probably, if you purchase it with VAT, Paddle will be able to refund this amount after. But you should ask them first since we are not sure about their regulations for VAT exempts.

    Yes of course you can create a package set to 0.
    Just delete it after ;)

    if possible in the english service.

    Yes, if a Customer just cancels an Appointment from a package, and then books another one, Amelia counts it as two bookings (the canceled Appointment isn't being added to the remaining Appointments). I will forward your request to our developers since this logic might be a bit confusing.

    Also, I believe I mentioned that before, so sorry if I'm repeating myself: You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it. 

    3. Please let us know once you receive a response from Paddle.

    Hope developpers will soon solved it ? that is big issues.

    I have found another issue:
    It is not possible to add an empty emplacements. we should be able to add Zoom place or online.

    i have added many features requests but i do not see its on new suggests list.

    For the paddle contact i am waiting first to see if i will need other licenses ;) Merci.

    I'm not sure how these "emplacements" should work but probably it can be achieved with Custom Fields. Could you please explain how you plan to use them?

    Hope you don't mind if I comment on this ticket. I have a similar issue.

    I have been getting complaints from our customers about this issue. For the time being whenever a customer cancels an appointment from their package, I have to go to the backend, to manually decline the appointment and delete it. This solves the issue. It just doesn't make much sense.

    Based on the feature request site, I see that there are tons of requests (maybe 3-400). There are only one issue is in progress, two of them are planned,  and total 7 issues are implemented., based on that site.

    Whenever we report a quite significant bug, we usually get the response to post it there. It would be good to see that there is another channel where these submitted tickets are getting picked up by your team, ranked by your team, and escalated higher to the development team and managers for a solution.

    This is a great plugin, I really looking forward to seeing further improvements, future updates. We are willing to pay for it in the future as well.

    Thank you for the clarification. Could you please open a new ticket regarding the UI issue since we are trying our best to avoid discussing multiple issues under one ticket in order to keep a track of progress.

    You can create a private ticket and provide us with the access credentials to the panel, so we will be able to find suitable CSS for that since most probably Amelia CSS was blocked by the theme.

    Hi, Sandor,

    Yes, sure.

    Unfortunately, we cannot add all the features requested by our users since some of them can be added only if we change the entire Amelia's logic (for example, we cannot implement auto refunds to Customers for this reason at the moment). We never ignore our users' recommendations and requests, however, we cannot implement all of them straight away.

    We are moving step by step in this direction, but since it requires crucial changes in the code, it takes time.

    But unfortunately, some features are too complicated to implement, therefore we have to postpone them. However, we recently got new members of our dev team, so hopefully, once they get familiar with Amelia code, we will speed the process of adding new features upsmile.png
