In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, is it possible to manage the pricing based on days or demand? are you planning any feature like this?

At the moment, prices can be set per service or per employee; you could have fictional employees for different days, who will charge more or less for the same service, depending on your need.
For example, some clients have an employee registered to work Monday to Friday and charge the standard service price, and also another "employee" (who is the same person) who works that same service on weekends, but for a higher price.
For prices on demand, are you referring to something similar to commission pricing? Depending on the needs of the client, price increases?
ok, great idea but we can not use it, we can not create fictisious profesionals.
