Hi,
We've added several events to our Amelia booking plugin, which works fine, thanks.
But, I'd like to show the upcomin three events on our homepage, and refer to the calender for the full overview.
Can i modify the [ameliaevents] shortcode to limit it to three events? Or is therer another way to show only an x number of events?
With kind regards, Els
Hi Els
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You can add tags to your events and display only the events with a specific tag, so you can add a tag to those three events and display them only. Simply type in the tag name and press enter and it will be added to the event
then add a tag like this [ameliaevents tag='name']
I hope this helps, do let us know if you need any further assistance.
Hi Blaženka,
Thank you for getting back to me. This would work, but we would have to constantly monitor which events are tagged, and if they have expired, change the tags. Is there another way to limit how many we show?
You can set the "Default items per page" to 3 in Amelia -> General Settings, and then only this number of Events will be displayed.
Hope that will help.
Ah, yes, that solves it. Thanks!
You are most welcome
