Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hi Pedro

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If I’m not mistaken, you have updated Amelia to v4.0.0 or v4.0.1? If so, it can be related to the outdated Guzzle version that was used in Amelia. Our developers are aware of this issue, and they will add a fix to the next update.

There are two possible solutions for the issue:

    1. Please go to Amelia > Settings > Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load, clear website and browser cache and check if the issue is resolved.

    2. If that doesn't help, please reinstall Amelia with the attached file (it contains a fix) by following the steps below:

Please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation. And then follow the steps below:

    1) Download the zip folder

    2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins

    3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder

    4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)

    5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section

    6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again

    7) Clear site and browser cache

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, Pedro,

Let me ask you a few questions to investigate the issue:

    1. Did you test the setup in Sandbox mode? Did it work?

    2. Could you please tell me have you checked if the Live credentials are correct and if you have disabled the Sandbox mode in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments for PayPal?

    dpmt5suFGRtET0yNFacY8JurX2ZX_YqwNSkqhtJlLw0YwLRCOAeD9WfGfB_vK3JLvNiN_PqyogEiSUbo955BDqV6YUym9j-6y3ccTvRO_nSBeqM_sJNy7_wVziOSijT5XC-YnKWR

With PayPal and Amelia, there are two possible mistakes: the first one is to use Live credentials when Sandbox mode is enabled, and the second one is to copy the wrong PayPal credentials (“Client ID” and “Secret”)  to Amelia.

    3. If this doesn't help, please tell if you have another plugin that uses PayPal on your website?

PS Please note that enabled WooCommerce integration disables PayPal payments (because PayPal is included in WooCommerce methods). So also make sure WooCommerce wasn't enabled somehow.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Pedro,

    thank you for contacting backsmile.png

We are unable to contact via phone; we can only communicate via tickets.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Pedro

Unfortunately we could not login with those credentials either. This PayPal error occurs usually when the keys are incorrect; I found this information on finding the sandbox keys in PayPal; would it help?

    Buenos días, Blazenka

Se hizo la prueba con el usuario y la clave de la pagina proporcionada y son correctas, por favor necesito repuestas mas asertivas,  sobre el caso

    Hi Pedro

I apologize, the automatic translator we use when the tickets are not in English was translating the login credentials as well, thank you for the screenshot that cleared it up for us. We were able to log in and test the issue, I forwarded it to our Level 2 to investigate as well so we can resolve it faster. We appreciate your time and patience we will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Hello Pedro.

The issue is not coming from Amelia, but from PayPal:

    7573972037.png

The currency you're trying to use is not supported by PayPal, and that's why it fails. You can see the list of supported currencies on this link, and you will need to change the currency in Amelia Settings/Payments in order to use PayPal.

    Kind Regards,
