I'm using the free version actually and i have a question before pay the licence.
i would like to create an Event , but, with a service already existing :
I created my services, but my services are not everydays, they have fixed date.
So i would like to create an Event with the description, photos, price, etc of my services and fix the date by myself. The customers could book the date I fixed.
Is it possible ? If it is not, i would like to have the "Search view" with the Events.
Services and Events are created separately and cannot be combined. What you can do is set Special days in your Employee's work hours and assign those services for those specific dates you offer them, and remove them from the daily work hours.
The special day will not have any effect on the payment method you set in the service's settings, so you should be able to receive online payments if you set it up like that.
Another question. my services all have a fixed date but not every 2 hours or something like that.
For example,
I have a Bootcamp training on the 5 August from 10:00 to 15:00 ONLY , and for 15 persons max. is it possible to do like that ? Or it is only like 5 August : 10:00 to 12:00 , 12:00 to 14:00… etc
If you set the work hours for the employee to match the duration of the service then you will only have one time slot to choose, also make sure to enable this option from Amelia - Settings - General settings
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
If you want to include buffer times for your services, you will have to add this to the employees work hour as well. So for example you have this setup
So the duration of the service is actually 30min+1h+30min and your employee has only 1 working hour.
So when I add the buffer times to his work hours as well then I am able to book the service properly
Please check the rest of the services in the same way.
Yes, unfortunately those are the limitations of the search view, I would recommend using another shortcode i you want to have everything displayed nicely. Here is a list of all available Amelia shortcodes so you can use the one that suits you best

I already tried it but it doesn’t work… and I don’t find any tutorial for this..
And, my services have to be paid on the moment of the booking. Is it possible to book and pay with this option “special days” ?

But, i figured out that when i check the checkbox of services of the Search view, for example :
I check the box " Saut en parachute ", it doesn't make appears the service. Is it obligated to select a date ?
An other thing, I can't see the description of my service and the gallery in the search view..
