I created some packages but there is no field to add a coupon, a custom field (address), and no email notification is sent after the payment is done (to employee email).
How can I fix those issues ?

Unfortunately, coupons and custom fields are not included in packages yet. Our developers will work on this in the future, but I can't say exactly when they will be included.
Please check if you have enabled this notification to be sent out, Amelia notifications work together; if one type of notifications isn't working none of them will; having partial notifications is very strange. Please check the spam folder as well if there are some notifications missing.

Yes I did but it didn't work
I figured it is because we removed the possiblity for the customer to make a booking, this why it is messing up the notification process for the package purchase probably.I found another solution to get notified with the "Send all notifications to additional addresses" option
