With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Hi Amelia team,
Can you pls assist to check: - I have created event (classes) on backend to block the calendar. I think i was able to block out the every friday 9.30am - 11.30am till end of the year. However backend is NOT showing the Event list that i created. Can pls help me on this? Thank you!

thank you for reaching out to us
Please check the exact dates; on your screenshot where the events are not visible, selected date range is July 29 - December 31, and on the one where events are showing, July 9th - July 12th.
If they are not showing with the correct date range still, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It doesn't seems to be working. I went to event and add a new event on 20th Aug 2021 Friday, 4.15pm to 5.30pm, it did not appear on the list of events. It still shows "There are no results".

These are the results I get in your Events when I search 20th August only:
If you are still seeing only No Result when choosing 20th - 20th, please purge all of your cache; as the issue could not be replicated locally here, I'd ask you if you can clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files which you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
