We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Howdy,
On upload of the "Basic" version of the Amelia plugin, WordPress sent Admins an email saying the plugin compromised the integrity of the site. Essential admin features still function, but it appears as though there is a clear conflict with Gravity Forms. Fields disappear from the front end, and form responses throw an error as long as Amelia is active. Error we see in the UI, regardless if logged in or not, is that there is a critical error with the site.
We are hoping to launch this ASAP. Any and all assistance is appreciated.
Hi Travis
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This issue can be related to the outdated Guzzle version that was used in Amelia. There are two possible solutions for the issue:
1. Please go to Amelia -> Settings -> Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load, clear site and browser cache and check if the issue is resolved.
2. If that doesn't help, please reinstall Amelia with the attached file (it contains a fix) by following the steps below:
Please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation. And then follow the steps below:
1) Download the zip folder
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
7) Clear site and browser cache
If this does not solve the issue can you please provide us with some screenshots or a screen recording of the issue so we can get a better understanding and provide you with the best solution.
