I am using the front end booking search but when I open the page the search results are already populated when I have not yet applied any filters.
When I try try and use the filters, in particular the time range, the search results do not change. For example selecting a time range of 7:30 to 8:30pm yet appointments are still showing for before and after that time period.
I only want to show 1 service and the priority for booking an appointment is date then time/employee, I have tried using the catalog view but I do not want to select an employee first. As the employees are working on weekly rota, I do not want to have to change their hours each week so have left all employees available at all times. This booking will be for staff use only. The staff need to be able to make appointments for all other staff so I am using front end as I do not want to give them all access to the back end.
I am also having problems with the employee panel, when I reschedule or add an appointment it is assigning that appointment to another employeee not myself. We are opening a new crisis service on monday, I need help to sort out these issues please.
These issues can be related to the outdated Guzzle version that was used in Amelia. Our developers are aware of this issue, and they will add a fix to the next update.
There are two possible solutions for the issue:
1. Please go to Amelia -> Settings -> Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load, clear site and browser cache and check if the issue is resolved.
2. If that doesn't help, please reinstall Amelia with the attached file (it contains a fix) by following the steps below:
Please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation. And then follow the steps below:
1) Download the zip folder
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again

It seems to be a problem with services/employees added after the recent plugin update.
I have intermittent problems with booking through the front end and back end since the last update too.

Hi Mandy,
thank you for contacting back!
Are you able to locate ameliabooking folder on your pc / laptop? If so please delete it.
Then, go to WordPress backend (wp admin) and there go to Plugins > Add New > Upload.
Upload the file Blazenka sent; it may ask you to replace some files, if it does, choose yes.
This is an "easier" way to do it; please let me know if you managed
