I have connected google calendar connection to Amelia Booking Plugin but am not able to connect my employees to their google calendars. I get an unable to connect error when trying to login to their personal calendars.
I am wondering if I am doing something incorrectly or have missed a step in the process.
Thanks for responding back. I have copied and pasted the Client ID and Secret and have verified that it is correct. It is when I login with an employees Google login that it is not making the connection. I get the to where I select the Advanced link at the warning pop up, choose to continue to our website and it returns with the "Unable to Connect to Google Calendar" notice. (I have tried this with two different employee accounts)
So I am wondering is there a step or a setting I need to do or verify to allow the employees to access their calendars through amelia?
I see, but if the credentials are not correct the same error message will appear when you try to connect your employees to their calendars.
This issue can also be caused by multiple tokens that Google assigns to the same user.
There’s only one way to fix it at the moment: Please go to wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar database table, where you will see multiple rows assigned to the same user ID. Delete all rows associated with the user ID, and then please connect the Employee's profile to the G Cal again.
Also, please make sure that your time zone settings in WP match time zone settings in your Google account. Please note that we recommend to set the WP time zone to the City and not t the UTC format.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to investigate the issue from the inside.

Hi James
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please make sure that you copied/pasted the correct credentials from your Google Developer Console into Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google:
It will be even better if you re-enter the Client ID and Client Secret in order to make sure no character was missed.
