We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,

    I have another question :

I have 3 kinds of massages : zen, lomi lomi and tonic with 3 slots per day.

The thing is, the employee can only provide one tonic massage per day (because it's exhausting). So the 2 others slots on the same day should not allow to booked a tonic massage.

How can I set this in Amelia ?

It seems that I cannot apply conditions.

My second idea is to apply a specific slot per day for the tonic massage but I didn't find how (and if it's possible) to do that ?

Do you have any idea ?

    Thanks,

    Have a nice day,

    Virginie

    Hi Virginie,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

If you have one employee on 3 services (zen, lomi lomi and tonic) whenever one is booked the other will be unavailable.

You can set a separate slot for tonic, but it would not make other appointments available, I'm afraid.

You could set a separate employee for tonic, and separate employee for zen and lomi lomi. Connect them with Calendar (Google or Outlook, just give them the same account for it). Make tonic last for as long as other two do (whole shift) so when other 2 are booked tonic cannot be, but when tonic is booked, other two will be unavailable.
