We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I recently upgraded to the paid for version of your plugin. When I was using the free version all was okay however since the upgrade there is a conflict with one of the plugins I use. The conflict prevents Amelia from loading. You can see the problem on the page in the URL above.
The problem happens when I use Amelia with SiteOrigin Page Builder.
I know there is a conflict because when I disable the SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin the Amelia plugin works.
Can you help me to resolve this please?
Many thanks.
Dave.
Hi Dave
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately the issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
This issue can also be related to the outdated Guzzle version that was used in Amelia. Our developers are aware of this issue, and they will add a fix to the next update.
There are two possible solutions for the issue:
1. Please go to Amelia -> Settings -> Activation and activate the slider Load Entities on page load, clear site and browser cache and check if the issue is resolved.
2. If that doesn't help, please reinstall Amelia with the attached file (it contains a fix) by following the steps below:
Please check if the option Delete plugin tables is disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Activation. And then follow the steps below:
1) Download the zip folder
2) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3) Delete existing ameliabooking folder
4) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section
6) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again
7) Clear site and browser cache
Hi Blazenka,
Solution 1 worked.
