hi,
we are using your great Highcharts graphs. They provide the option to add value prefixes or suffixes for the graph. Is there a way to also add a suffix for the x-axis value in the tooltip?
Hi Rik
Thank you for reaching out to us.
That is the default setting of the charts engine, but if you need some custom solution you can check our documentation about wpDataCharts callbacks.
Hi,
i'm a bit disappointed in your general reply. I did some looking up myself, and found this tip that seems to provide the answer: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/33596061/how-to-modify-highcharts-x-axis-tooltip-text
However, i am unsure how to implement this tip in WPDataTables. Can you give me advice on how to do that?
Also: Can you please add this as a feature suggestion for WPDataTables for future development, to add the possibility for adding x-axis prefixes and suffixes to the tooltip to the standard options in the Highcharts graph options, so this will be easier?
thanks,
Rik
Hi Rik
I am sorry I couldn't be more helpful, but unfortunately using hooks or wpDataTable and wpDataChart callbacks requires a certain level of programming skills which we are not able to provide.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
