I have a new client who seeks to use your module for surf lessons booking. They have 1 requirement which I am not sure is included,... they would like to have a message center/chat/... like for example on AirBnB, when you have the booking, so you are able to talk with the customer (does not need to be live chat). Do you have something like this? Maybe as an extension?

Unfortunately this cannot be achieved using the plugin's builtin features.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
