We've never used Dokan, so we can't say for sure. Amelia is not designed to work as multi-vendor (yet), so there's really no guarantee that it will work.
The integration with WooCommerce is only related to payments, so if this was a payment option (add-on for WooCommerce), it would work, without issues, but this is something we haven't tested, and I can't provide any info about it.
