You can find the package bookings of your customers in the backend, where you can edit them - reschedule or cancel.
You will know it's a package booking because it will have a little icon of a box on it, unlike regular appointments.
As for booking, once customer buys a package, they have to book the appointments from it in the Customer Panel. These appointments cannot be booked by an admin in the backend, for the customer, I'm afraid.

Unfortunately, they can only be booked by the customer at the moment, and we don't have a workaround for this.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
You really have no solution even in beta version for my request?

no unfortunately we don't have a way at the moment; as advised you can make a suggestion for this feature.
No I'm afraid connection has to be made with email at least.
For the credit we don't have this option at the moment. You can suggest it as well on the Feature request page
