    Hi,

I have added outlook calendar, which appears to work, at the side of the employee it has a red box 'Sign out from Outlook' However, in the Outlook Calendar dropdown box 'Calendar' is not showing as in your video demo,  when I click the box, it states 'No Data'

    Thank you, phil

    Hi Phil

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you have multiple calendars to choose from in that one account they will be displayed in the drowpdown menu, but if you see the Sign out from Outlook button that means you are successfully connected. Please create a test booking and see if it will be synced, if it is then there is nothing to worry about. If you want to add more calendars you will have to go through the settings in your Outlook to see if they are accessible.

    Hi Blazenka,

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

The only reason I mentioned about the calendar dropdown, in the Amelia video demo, there is a 'Calendar' in the dropdown list, whereas mine only shows 'No Data'

I have added 2 bookings, but neither of them are syncing to outlook calendar

    Thanks, phil

    Hi Phil

If the calendar doesn't sync please check if you copied the correct credentials, or if you selected something other than "Accounts in any organizational directory (Any Azure AD directory – Multitenant) and personal Microsoft accounts (e.g. Skype, Xbox)" when you created the app. Please have a look at the attached video.

    Hi Phil

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens and your Azure portal, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you, we were able to log in. I have checked all the settings they seem to be OK so I will forward this to our Level 2 to investigate further, I might be missing something here.

We will get back to you as soon as we have some more information.

Thank you for your time and patience.

    Hi Blazenka,

I updated as you requested (not sure why the plugin isn't auto updating ?), it kind of sorted the issue, however :

    1. The booking is only added to the diary if the booking is created on front-end, not when created in admin

    2. I set the option to include buffer, but it does not appear to working correctly. I made an appointment for 11am,  for a service with 1hr buffer before and 1hr buffer after, but the appointment was added to Outlook as 11am to 2pm, so before and after buffer seem to both be added after the appointment. Should show in Outlook as 10am - 1pm ?

    Thanks, phil

    Hi, Phil,

Thank you for letting us know.

    1. I created a test Employee, added my Outlook Cal and booked a test Appointment on the back-end and it went through:

    H_32O4GSltsxWOCBcgjyFWSUOSQceMgHdJUMMTvkPzscAiXqLdA5HbZmnkPEONTN_zdBsKUhjJFVSD1lwT9eCm_pWAXgx25Jd8-CnXIXS4Wsmp5PCoIiOBT-xdhxSdDnc9chGv7l

Therefore, please test booking on the back-end again, the sync should work. It could be a server glitch or any other temporary issue.

    2. I've noticed that your Time Zone is set to UTC format in WP General Settings. Please change it to the City.

Also, please make sure that your Outlook Cal has the same Time Zone settings as your WP.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Phil

Please check which calendar you have connected to which employee, from the screenshot I can see those two appointments are assigned to different employees so you won't be able to see both appointments on one outlook calendar.

    Hi,

I could not see a way to add more than one calendar, as the detail for Outlook is in Settings ?

However, I went back in to admin, signed out from Outlook for all employees, and signed in again, but after I had signed in for the first employee, when I clicked 'Sign in to Outlook' for the other 2 employees, I did not get prompted to Sign in, Amelia just auto signed in to the Outlook calendar. Also, in the Employee > Outlook Calendar dropdown, Calendar is now showing, and when I click that, all appointments now sync with Outlook, which is perfect.

    Many thanks

    Hi Phil

    That's greatsmile.png

I assumed you connected different employees to separate calendars, I apologize for the misunderstanding. I am glad to hear everything works now, do let us know if there is anything else we could assist with.

    Have a wonderful day!
