Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, issues like conflicts with third-party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP.
The responsiveness feature used in simple tables (the table you created in the screenshot below) is not the same as the Responsive feature that's used for all other table types. Please check out the documentation, and see if maybe you wanted to use the Responsiveness for manual, or some other table type?
Did you save changes when you made them on this simple table? We can't replicate the issue with a blank table on our end.
Yes, please, provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The issue is caused by Jeg Elementor Kit. They're using bootstrap v4 which is not compatible with wpDataTables. The plugin is no reactivated, but when it's deactivated it works fine (see screenshot).
Is there a possibility you can leave that plugin deactivated? If not, I'll need to reach out to our developers to see if there's any custom script we can add to make them work together.
Unfortunately, issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP, and it might take significant time to investigate and replicate the issue on our side, to be able to find the source of the problem, especially when the plugin or theme is not familiar to us.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/wpDataTables, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Hello,
I purchased your PRO plugin specially for the Responsive table feature.
However, this doesn't seem to work.
I don't have any of the features as shown in your tutorial video.
When I click on the Display or Responsive tabs the area goes white and to see my table again I need to refresh the page.
The Table and Mobile tabs in the bottom Table preview area aren't clickable.
I followed your instructions to remove the lite plugin and reinstall the pro version.
Is there a compatibility issue with other plugins
