We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a plugin to do the stuff below. Is Amelia my best option? And if so, what other plugins do I need to make this work?

    • store locator where people can find the nearest store for a workshop (filter on zip code and give the nearest stores)
    • each store can open workshops:
      • open workshops where people just have to sign in
      • workshops where people have to book a specific time slot
    • people get immediately a confirmation mail. The day before their workshop they get a reminder mail
    • people can change and cancel their registration all the time
    • stores get an email when someone subscribes for the workshop
    • in the backend we can download a list of all the registrations

    I assume that most of the stuff is standard, but I'm just complete to avoid misunderstandings.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    • store locator where people can find the nearest store for a workshop (filter on zip code and give the nearest stores) - I'm afraid, there's no built-in feature in Amelia that would be able to show the nearest locations to a Customer. However, Amelia has Locations, and if you set them up, then a Customer will be able to select the closest one in a drop-down. 


    • each store can open workshops - It can be achieved with Events, I believe. 


    • people get immediately a confirmation mail. The day before their workshop they get a reminder mail - Yes, Amelia has email notifications, including the Next Day reminder one. 


    • people can change and cancel their registration all the time - Yes, for that you should enable the Customer panel, where your Customers will be able to see their bookings and reschedule/cancel them.


    • stores get an email when someone subscribes for the workshop - Yes, in Amelia you can send email notifications to Employees or to Admin/Manager as well. 


    • in the backend, we can download a list of all the registrations - t's possible to export data from Amelia to a CSV file (including Event attendees).
