I have a package service for multiple appointments, I have it set as to appointment to be booked separately, yet on the calendar, the customer is prompt to have to book all appointments at once. Is there a way to allow customers to book appointments separately?
What I need is for customers to pay for the package and then schedule appointments as needed, is that possible?

Yes, it is possible. For that, you should set the Minimum number of bookings required and the Maximum number of bookings required to 0 for each Service included in the Package in the Package settings:
Thus, your Customers will be able to purchase Packages without any bookings.
