Hello,
When we have an event with 4 recurring dates and, for example,
the third date is rescheduled, an email is sent to the customer with the date and time of the first event, not with the new date of the third event.
We tried to find the specific Placeholder to use for a rescheduled date but we couldn´t find it.
El taller %event_name% ha sido re-programado. La nueva fecha será el día %event_start_date% a las %event_start_time%.
Thanks
Hi, turistas,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please clarify if you use Recurring Events or you added multiple dates to one Event?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi there,
thank you for the kind reply
This is because they are all still one event, despite that one event having multiple dates.
Switching to Recurring Event would allow you to reschedule them separately and notify the customer, or setting 4 separate events.
Hello Ivana,
The problem with the recurring event is that the client has to schedule for each date and we need the person to schedule each event once.
I explain?
You tell me, thank you
Hi there,
Unfortunately customer would need to schedule recurring events separately for each date because they are all considered to be separate, I'm afraid.
